Birthday Hero is a new product. Proposed revision and guarantee terms are configurable launch policies; live checkout remains closed until they are approved. The current ordering status is shown in the form.
How personalized is the game?
Their name and appearance become the hero. You choose the setting, colors, loved ones, pet, 3–5 memories and final message. Our scenes show the visual direction; each finished game is made from your brief.
How long does it take to play?
The finished adventure is designed for around 10–15 minutes, with short levels and a personal finale. The free demo is a smaller, interactive sample.
Does the recipient need to install anything?
No app or account is needed to play. They open their private game link in a web browser.
What devices work?
The game is designed for current Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge on phones, tablets and computers, with touch and keyboard controls. An internet connection is needed to open the link.
When will it be ready?
Standard creation takes 2–3 days after we receive your complete brief. Priority creation takes 24 hours. Your selected gift date is when you plan to share the link.
Can I request changes?
Proposed launch policy: one round of minor text or appearance changes after your preview, before the final game is delivered.
Can several people appear?
Yes. Add up to eight friends or family members, with their role and short birthday messages. You can also include a pet.
What happens to uploaded photos?
Uploads are private and accessible only through your draft session and authorized production staff. They are collected to prepare your game. Drafts stay in this browser’s private session for 30 days. You can delete an unordered draft and its uploads in the form. Contact support to request deletion of order content.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Tell us when you plan to give the gift. We create the game according to your delivery speed, then you choose when to share it. Automatic scheduled sending is not included.
How is the game delivered?
You receive a private browser link to share with the recipient after production. Add the printable gift card for a PDF with a QR code pointing to the finished game.
Is Birthday Hero available to order?
Ordering opens when our game production and product policies are approved. If the form says preview or test mode, no live payment can be taken. Test orders do not enter production.
